Anyway there are multiple parts of the brain responsible for mapping your body and determining what is and isnt part of you and what you should and shouldnt be like. Its messy and poorly understood, but most of neuroscience is and we have statistically significant results from brainscans that trans brains are shaped more like their preferred sex than their birth sex. I cant explain it better than that because its not my field, but if i were betting i'd say we'll see transgenders be reclassified as a neurological intersex condition in the near future

As for pseudoscience, we can and do study cocontaminant mental illnesses, and autism is one but only by single digit percentages. It cant account for transness on its own. Same for sexual trauma which is also correlative not causative The rest of the stuff you threw in is just as meaningless. You've created this vague psycho-alchemical formula for transness but have no real idea of how to reproduce transness or how to predict it from those components, and have no evidence to support any component of it

If you're worried about scientific accuracy you need to prioritize statistically significant results and reasonable mechanisms of action. Watch out for stuff that relies on vagueness to the point of unfalsifiability, its just supersticion.
