The official translation isn't complete, it's only the main menu minus the ranked room names, calls from both you and other players, and the options menu. Otherwise the yaku list, rank names, etc. are all untranslated. Is it enough if you're an experienced player? Sure. But it's more comfortable having romanji names for all of the yaku.
