I want to remind everyone that Desna and Gibril were based off of rejected concepts for Quinn. She started as a red hair tomboy rocker named Kurena who could back GV up in a fight, they then made her a star obsessed sleepy girl, before Tsuda settled on a rich normal girl (he wanted a motherly normie to ground Gunvolt and contrast the adepts).
