I think the state of D9 really shows the value in more auteur led studios ala DN.
You can really feel the difference between a studio working towards one persons artistic vision (Bloom and Rage for example) vs a studio just passionlessly working for a paycheck (Double Exposure).
I honestly wonder at this point if D9 will just run out of funds before they can even get DE 2 out the door.

I don't think we will get some uncomplicated happy ending for all of the girls. DN just does not seem to like those sorts of pat endings.
What I think we will get is something closer to bay/bae. Something that allows say Nora/Swann to be together, but at a cost.

Swann having to choose between being with Nora or Kat surviving.
All four girls surviving and not forgetting each other, but Swann having to accept that she cannot also be with Nora.
That sort of thing.
