This is what I did recently. I got them to watch out for deer running into the road, but they'll work for blinding dickheads with bright lights. You could also carry a spotlight in your car and shine it at them.

I got tired of being blinded as well, so since I can't beat them, I joined them.

So I watched some of that and he was talking about the pay system being fucked up,which I agree with. But this place is $17/hr straight dor changing oil, not being an actual mechanic. I know $17 is probably on the low end, but my state is still $7.25 minimum wage and most of the jobs here don't pay for shit, so this is on the higher end for around here.

I'm hoping to be able to transition to a mechanic after a while, which I'm guessing would come with a pay bump. I mostly want that job so I can learn from it.
