I'm using PS CS6, so if you're using a different version then it maybe different from you. After you're done importing different screenshots using the timeline for your gif. You go the file and click "save for web" aka (Alt+Shift+Ctrl+S). You may have to adjust the image size because of 4chan's file size limit.
