idk if any of you have noticed this and the game doesnt seem to explain it anywhere but higher affinity with your policy generators makes them generate higher rarity policies more often and they also seem to be better policy rewards irrespective of rarity (giving higher shop currency, higher stat gains, and reducing days faster)
