There is this chart, but the UK numbers are boosted by a bunch of civil contracted PFIs and the Russian numbers boosted by a bunch of shitty soviet era boomer subs and massive as fuck ice breakers. China still sits at a comfortable #2, but at the end of the day Japan still operates as many Burke-likes as China has Type 055s in service which is a little sad when you consider the scale of both countries across a lot of metrics.
