You'll wanna do more than just auto combos into special when the opponent blocks up close. Give them a reason to start taking risks, especially in a corner.
Something super simple like c.L gives plus frames. Use a slower or delayed attack afterwards to catch them trying to attack back. Or walk up and do another c.L, a shimmy, or a throw to keep encouraging them into doing something other than blocking. This isn't the only way to be offensive, but a simple one. It's harder to confirm hits compared to a full auto combo, but it's way more effective.
You should also try using your ultimate skills and raging strike more after hits, it'll help carry them to a corner.
