You'll wanna do more than just auto combos into special when the opponent blocks up close. Give them a reason to start taking risks, especially in a corner.
Something super simple like c.L gives plus frames. Use a slower or delayed attack afterwards to catch them trying to attack back. Or walk up and do another c.L, a shimmy, or a throw to keep encouraging them into doing something other than blocking. This isn't the only way to be offensive, but a simple one. It's harder to confirm hits compared to a full auto combo, but it's way more effective.

You should also try using your ultimate skills and raging strike more after hits, it'll help carry them to a corner.

The way you play him has to be a bit preemptive. His 2M and 5H are gawdlike at stuffing approaches. You need to put the fear of god in people that evade and roll against you with your 214 timings because your reward off it is so high.
