Are there any GOOD Blood Builds out there?

Either through Corrupted Blood from Ritualist, Corrupting Cry from Warbringer + Block / Life Stacking with Bloodbarrier on either. Or just an actual normal Bleed stacking build with Spears or something.
I want to play a Bleed related build but I'm not sure what's best.
