Overall Act 4 was too long but still the best content they've made for the game. Interlude is w/e, but gets high marks just for making us not have to play through the game again in cruel. Endgame is exciting at first but quickly becomes tedious and monotonous. Early game depends entirely on what class you choose. If you go melee, you're gonna have a bad time, if you go ranged, you're gonna have a smooth(er) time.

Trials still suck ass, I wouldn't force my worst enemy to run Sekhamas for 3rd or 4th ascendancies. Ultimatums are somehow even worse

By far the worst thing of all were the numerous server issues, maps being rolled back unexpectedly with all your progress erased, stutters, crashes, you name it. If you play this game HC you're a genuine masochist.

The economy has been completely upended by async trade, for better or worse. Never seen div prices this low, and chaos is basically 1:1 with ex. Fucking bonkers, it'll be interesting to see how it all shakes out.

overall 6.5/10 would play the next league with you faggots again

T16 waystones are higher level than T1 ones, not lower. An item drop with no Tier is the weakest, then Tier 1 is second weakest, and a (Tier 5) un-ID's item is the best. Even with the new orbs they added, bigger number=better, greater exalts/transmutes/etc have a 2 and perfects have a 3.

What are your hopes for the Karui trial of ascendancy? For me, I really hope it isn't complete aids. I found ToA league in PoE1 to be fucking aids and I hated it because of that one group of enemies that had like 100 percent phys overwhelm or some bullshit. I actually hate trial of the sehkemas and I hate vaal trials also. I hate sehkemas because I normally play warrior and I design my builds to be hit and recover life and such. i watched one of his early videos and went in my own direction with the idea so i'll explain what works for me without knowing exactly how it's done in the video

+3 to spell levels wand and focus and +2 amulet are essential. also sione's temper, the upgraded wildshards gem. all cheap

my main infusion generator is cast on crit snap. to make that work, i just need a way to inflict a lot of critical hits (to generate energy) and ailments (to get snapped into infusions). at t1 maps i was using solar orb from a +6 fire spells pyrophyte staff (1ex i think). it ignites everything close to it and pulses hits, and i used a support gem and the orb node right next to blackflame in the tree to get 3 solar orbs at once.

once i got the wand and focus i swapped out solar orb for ball lightning with nova projectiles support. now i don't just ignite, i also shock. that means snap gives me lightning remnants to juice fusillade, in addition to the fire remnants for fireball. realizing that i was already juggling two infusion types, i specced into elemental equilibrium (infusions are always a random type) and put firestorm into a spellslinger wand as a finisher

all this basically comes down to in gameplay is a 3-button rotation of mostly fusillade + (solar orb/ball lightning) with a few fireballs thrown in and a firestorm on the abyss or the boss
