I'm definitely not the same person I was when I got locked up.
I made sure that I would leave prison a better person than when I entered.
It took a lot of work but I feel calmer and happier now than I ever have despite the challenges I'm facing.

I'm planning to write a book soon detailing how prison forced me to detox from drugs and the internet, and comparing the psychology of prison to the digital prisons we trap ourselves in.

lol im not mexican but I taught myself spanish while I was locked up and since I already look hispanic I've been socializing with hispanics more on the streets now.
Being able to order from restaraunts in spanish is fun, but i gotta be careful what I say cause some of my vocabulary is still a bit off.
Honestly I let a lot of my anger go. Sometimes things get me ticked off but then I realize that life is short and I have to power to decide what I do with my time.

I only read pol to laugh at the crazy shit people post.
I chose to completely check out from politics irl though.
If people talk about racism or politics, I walk away or just crack a joke to change the subject.

my friend reported me to the fbi and sent them screenshots of my text messages
first amendment doesnt protect me in my case because im being charged for my course of conduct, not my speech

yes i was in jail with a guy who pistol whipped a woman in front of her kids to rob her and only did 19 months in state, but feds hand out time like its candy. There's people doing 15 years for money laundering.
