during the pandemic i was extremely depressed and isolated having spent 99% of the last 15 years of my life alone in my room
i would freak out and self-harm a lot. but one way i would calm myself down is texting my friends crazy shit for attention.

I'm not antisemitic and dont hate anyone for the way they are born.
I had Jewish friends write character letters for me and send me commissary.
I have just had a lot of bad experiences that I kept being censored from talking about, so it all came out in the form of anger.

There is generally less violence in the feds because most violent crime are charged by the state.

There were some people killed when i was at MDC LA. One dude I know got stabbed up for racking up a 20k debt with the Surenos. He was armenian.

The shower thing doesn't happen because they have stalls now instead of open showers. However you have to wear shoes/boots to the showers and in higher security you have another man stand outside the shower to make sure no one runs up on you to do something to you.

We wear shoes to the shower incase something pops off you can quickly put your shoes on and fight.

Fights and violence leads to more lockdowns, which no one wants, so often times people will try to handle things diplomatically if they can. But when things do go up, its gets very violent very quickly.

my guidelines were 27-33 months but the judge gave me 43 months instead

I went to Torah studies for a whole year and studied with the Rabbi to educate myself and deradicalize my thinking. I made significant changes by reading psychology, philosophy, and spirituality books the whole time.

I also taught myself Spanish.

But they didn't care. And it honestly broke any faith I had in a God. It felt like it was all for nothing. But I wasn't doign well out there, and I needed a break from computers, weed, the fucked up life i was living.

I'm doing much better now. Just sad i have to be on the ankle monitor.

I gained access to the wiring of an emergency light underneath the stairs in my day room and made a stinger to heat water. I could also use it to light a wick for smoking. Anyone who wanted hot water or a light had to go through me. I also bought more coffee than I needed so I could give out cups. This went a long way. I provided usefulness and generosity. I did my best to keep everyone on an even emotional level. I was housed with the most violent inmates in the jail. I give the experience a 4.5 out of 10

Long story short my first celly was a jail nigga from denver lanes that spent his whole life locked up. He grabbed an extra breakfast tray and tried to make me the blame for it.
They only landed a couple punches but I ran out the cell cause I was honestly scared and had no idea what was going on or what was going to happen.

There were a lot of fit people compared to the outside, but the majority of people were out of shape as fuck. Lots of people with gyno and i assume its because they were putting estrogenics in the food. Like hella dudes with straight up TIDDIES.

I eventually got fat when I realized I wasn't going home anytime soon after a couple years in. I just said fuck it and I was on "fat boy time".... I gained 50 pounds stress-eating. But I also learned to cook and was selling cheesecakes as one of my main hustles for a minute.

I'm definitely not the same person I was when I got locked up.
I made sure that I would leave prison a better person than when I entered.
It took a lot of work but I feel calmer and happier now than I ever have despite the challenges I'm facing.

I'm planning to write a book soon detailing how prison forced me to detox from drugs and the internet, and comparing the psychology of prison to the digital prisons we trap ourselves in.
