Woah I want to hear how this ties in with Twin Peaks. Is it like the trauma sends someone into another "lodge" of existence, and something else steps into that person and pilots them? Like default Cooper versus the Bad Cooper or doppelganger? And then even when you think you have overcome the programming, like at the end of The Return, it's really just a new type of Bad Cooper still in control?
