I'm prescribed benzos for panic attacks and they do literally nothing for me but calm me down and if I take more than like 1mg they knock me out cold for 12 hours.

I've read though that adderall effects people differently if they need it and it doesn't make them high like it does the people who don't need it, so maybe benzos are the same.
