No, but still, i'm kinda fascinated by this concept, during the cold war, both sides tried to create underwater guns, NATO countries created pistols and the soviet created rifles, both fired " mini harpoons" and couldn't be used above water, at least not effectively and not for long.
A rifle that can shoot both under and above watre, by just changing the magazine and flipping a switch on the gasblock, is a huge advance on this very weird, and very niche type of gun.
