All of these things are compounding factors alongside normal male pattern baldness. If it were not male pattern baldness then you would have damage to your hair outside of the usual DHT sensitive zones (from hairline reaching all the way back to about an inch or more below the crown). Is there a chance it could be TE? Sure but think how unlikely it is that you are experiencing the typical male pattern hair loss with body hair, facial hair, etc.. being unaffected.
