It personally took me about 30hr for a regular playthrough and a second 30 hr playthrough to 100%.

I held turbo for 99% of the cutscenes though because the bitches take fourty seconds to walk from one place to another in the cutscenes. Turbo is gods gift to kiseki, I dont think I could survive without it.

Also I was able to get some funny bugs in turbo mode, see this one where I got estelle into joshuas place in sc.
