>I believe I am being targeted with extremely low-frequency (ELF)
I've heard so many theories. None of them holds true or explains what is going on. Nobody has been able to replicate the experience with the same effect.
>It starts at an exact hour and ends at a fixed time every night.
While this doesn't always ring true it always follows a pattern. This completely excludes schizophrenia (Anon's favorite explanation of it) but it opens the possibility for a brain tumor or epilepsy which is easily tested.
>Has anyone experienced this?
Yes.
>How do you block it, since it passes through most materials?
I've been trying different ways to sleep. Adding mattresses to increase the hight of the sleeping area. Trying different rooms. It always 'finds me'. Sleeping pills won't help as it will only hit you harder. So you don't block it. You don't freak out and kill your neighbors over it. You don't set your bed on fire. You accept that you are being tortured for reasons without a narrative if not only for the reason of being tortured by someone who can get away with it. You think that: If I die, I die.
Be careful with people who seem to be 'in on it'. They might have experienced the same thing or they have heard about someone who has and they are turning it into a game.
It's been happening to me for a couple of years now and I have accepted that it will probably happen for the rest of my life.
