This. I instantly noticed a different playstyle from my team mates and enemies. No longer did I have a 14 game smurf on the enemy team or a very lucky initiate with 10 winstreak on mine. Feels balanced but it's just one game so far. I also didn't dominate absolute mouth breathers and people put up a decent fight. Something I was hoping for.
