i feel like where i have the opposite problem where usually i'm good enough at staying alive because like you said multicharge teleport that resets air dash + cleave spell that heals on last hit, but i find myself struggling to actually secure kills a lot of the time, especially midgame. either i frontloaded all my damage and they can get away in the time it takes for cooldowns to come back, or they've pressured me enough to where i need to back off. i know making someone piss off can be just as valuable as actually getting the kill but part of my monkey brain sees a mediocre K/D and still gets sad despite K/D not being everything

I'm a Ritualist 3-4 player, and recently I had the weirdest matchmaking dissonance ever.

Match 1

Try Billy and Warden, maybe Mo'n'Krill. Don't bother with Shiv unless you know what you are doing and have been playing the game for 200+ hours. Shitters(who never even bothered playing him btw) on here will claim he is braindead busted but if you just quickly look at the stats you will see he is barely out of F tier at any rank. Krill on the other hand is actually for brain damaged individuals since you can just get a mobility item or two and just ult their most important player every fight and your chances of winning will increase by 100%

chances are the latter match had a lower rank average but as a result you were selected to be the ringer, and naturally you were pit against the enemy team's ring who was likely a higher rank than yourself so you feel like the match is harder. Compared to an emisarry lobby where you definitely aren't the best player on your team so your lane is probably against not their best player either.

Unironically there being just one really good player can change how a match feels as they can shut you down even if their team is overall worse

The discrepancy between character difficulty is my biggest issue with the game, i know it's an unsolvable issue in any game with multiple characters but still some characters are just too impactful for how retarded they are.
Mo&Krill is the best example, too strong for what's basically a retardproof character.
