Okay how the hell do I get a girlfriend? My doctor says it's medically necessary that I find a sexual partner sooner than later

I'm a man and I'm currently 21. My goal is to be married by 25, but I haven't had a girlfriend in 3 years. I'm trying to get a gf by the end of this year. How do I accomplish that?
