I'm a man and I'm currently 21. My goal is to be married by 25, but I haven't had a girlfriend in 3 years. I'm trying to get a gf by the end of this year. How do I accomplish that?

I think my main problem (other than the fact that I'm a 6 at best) is that I don't have any hobbies that normie women would find interesting.

Dating is not a project, its something you are supposed to do for fun. And you should do that, have fun, do something you enjoy, and see if you enjoy the company (girl you asked out.).

I´ve had unremarkable dates where I ended up having very forgettable sex with women I wasn't that attracted to, and awful dates where I tried to force things (focus on the girl vs the experience) and made it weird for both of us.
I've had great dates where I enjoyed myself and ended up friendzoning the girl (focus on fun instead of the girl),
and one fantastic date where I got to know someone very special to me.

My advice is to pick a place/activity that you'd like to be in even if the girl stood you up, then see how you'd like things to progress. Lead with honesty, ignore all the pua crap, communicate clearly and don't string people along. Make an effort to figure out what you want, and you'll eventually find it.

If you limit yourself by pressuring things to happen by 25, you will be forced to wear facades to see it done. If I were you I'd let go of the self imposed time restraints. That way you won't be sabotaging yourself for the sake of reaching arbitrary milestones. This will ironically help you find a suitable relationship quicker anyway than anything. Working under pressure is a surefire way to make this process longer, or kill the process entirely.

Time isn't running out, not like you think anyway. What's gonna happen when you reach your 26th birthday and you're single? Is life gonna put a perma-ban on you from ever marrying? The Universe gonna split open and cut your balls off?

Not OP but it's a tough pill to swallow. My girlfriend I met when I was 17 and was together with for 15 years left me because she decided she was trans. Now I'm desperate to make up for lost time and find someone new quickly but it just doesn't work that way. My goal was always kids by 30. Now I probably have to move that to 40.

Generally, setting life goals by an age date isn't conducive to achieving said goals when most of the actual "goal" is out of your control. It just puts unnecessary pressure on yourself.

OP, what kind of hobbies do you have? Anything that gets you out of the house is a good place to start.

You gotta get over a fear of rejection. It gets easier after crashing and burning a few times.
You can be awkward, but it takes a great deal of ineptitude to make women uncomfortable.

My fiance found me on Facebook in a metal music meme group. Aside from a couple bands, we don't really have anything in common. Like, at all. He loves video games and movies and fantasy and HEMA and I like historical textiles and bunny rabbits. I wouldn't stress about the hobby part, we have lots of fun without being identical
