So? Russia has killed hundreds in occupied territories shortly after the invasion and stopped after Ukraine fought back. Retreating Russian soldiers left behind lots of evidence of bodies and even mass graves after the first few months. Comparing kills and having fewer kills doesn't make any less of a genocide.
