This thing is such fucking garbage. You'd think it would keep whatever it's stuck to stunned for the duration of the use, but it only staggers every 3-4 seconds and then the target recovers to move and otherwise be annoying while you're trying to position or line up a shot on it. Tried to use it for hulks since regular stuns were being inconsistent if I didn't land a direct hit, and it's almost fucking worse. God, what an embarrassing item.
