they are basically married in game. it's so egregious that their synergy sparked a whole controversy about the entire mechanic their kits rely on (not them)
Phoebe has a dps mode and a support mode, the dps mode just stops working if zani is in the team. It's like an elemental reaction not triggering. her weapon is also made specifically to buff zani. They have the most interactions among the cast where everyone is basically tied to the mc.
