There is a difference between a game being "ugly" and the developers being so sure that they don't need to try that they let obvious, easily corrected visual errors into their game. This is not a technical limitation, it is plain old laziness and proof that they do not give a shit about this game. People have been pointing out visual inconsistencies and errors in every trailer for this game, ones that any other game would be torn to pieces over in current year. And the answers in the threads are always "well i think pokemon is fun so i will continue to pay for shit and eat it with a smile"
