I don't know what you don't understand?
That's why I wrote "SEMI-regular".
There are several photos of Lily and Jack being together at different ages, but that obviously stopped after Jack's 6th birthday.

So Jack had several times contact with his father, Minju, and Lily at least until he was 6.

Why he stopped seeing his dad is unknown.
But maybe he wanted to be with his exciting mother than with his boring dad?
