Yes they do. They acknowledge that pajeet filled countries are miserable and they hate being around their own kind. They only try to do tech because they can migrate with that.

It's not even that they're just cheap and driving down wages of americans. It's also that their employer directly sponsored the visa. If the pajeet gets fired, they get deported. This gives the company a huge amount of leverage over the pajeet.
