If I kill the patrols I need to rest afterward and then they respawn, they never leave, can see me from far away and there's no way to avoid them. I gain a level every two battles and their power scales to mine. I have buffs and healing. Each battle takes 15 minutes at max speed. How the fuck do I proceed? Should I just run past them during a battle until I reach the town?
