theres a real problem at the moment with information incest, or ai poisoning
every relevant piece of information used to make ai was before 2023, now half the internet is ai
that means all the new information used to "improve" ai us using ai information
if youve ever constantly resiszed a bmp, or saved a jpg 20 times and seen what happens, this is whats happening to AI in real time
sure with new hardware they could improve, but in terms of learning theyve reached their peak cause theres no new information to gain
this is why people have been so desperately crawling for new non ai info, like what happened to our wiki, thats how desperate they are for completely non ai information channels
their probably is a way forward for them hell , china managed it, but it would been for every new improvement in hardware they would need to go back to the 1990-2023 information and remake a new model everytime
