This one youtuber came up with this idea to have Penny, Sun, Velvet and Cardin on the same team to avoid character bloat and streamline the story. Having Cardin and Velvet as partners could've been interesting, along with Sun and Penny as a sort of reference to Goku and Arale, both Toriyama creations.
