thread about to die, but I'll ask anyway
Looking at Oathmark rules, and wondering what sort of game scale it fits into. I know it's marketed as mass battle, but the alternating activations and individual unit combat resolution with no mechanics for support strikes me more like a skirmish system, but with close ranked units. Consequently, what sort of scenarios do you guys like best for games of Oathmark? I imagine two clashing battle lines doesn't work great with the isolated combat resolution, so maybe scenarios like ambushes, village raids work better where units are expected to be more independent?
