holy fuck these guys are worse than painting Chosen chaos marines. So many spiky bits and sores and leaves and moss and bits of rope scattered fucking everywhere.

Yes, I WILL be painting every part though most of it won't be getting any highlights. Just a light wash. It's the type of kit where the sculpts has lots of "landmines" where you need to navigate your brush over or around a different item on the model. Like a rope or trinket being there just to interrupt your painting of the belt. the light bone and bamboo colors are also a bitch to repaint over dark colors that may have spilled over.
