Is it worth trying to make a game if you know it'll be shit? Since I was a kid I've always wanted to make fictional worlds by myself but in spite of endless practising I'm not great at anything. I know I will probably make generic, boring RPGmaker slop with a bad story, artwork and music. I'm not doing it for profit but anyone would be embarrassed putting out steaming dogshit no matter how much care and sovl was put into it or how much I enjoyed the process. I could just keep it to myself but I think if I put a lot of effort in I would want to share it.
