You're missing the point. It wasn't about Europeans being 'better warriors.' It was about them being better organized for imperial conquest and exploiting existing divisions. In Mexico, Cortés didn't defeat the Aztecs with 500 Spaniards; he did it by leading an army of tens of thousands of the Aztecs' own enemies. The 'massive armies' in India were never unified; the British spent centuries playing rival princes against each other. European success was a masterclass in divide-and-rule politics and global logistics, not a test of individual martial prowess or biological superiority.
