Ryzeal is a bit stronger, which meant that it got hit quite badly in the OCG banlist and it has since lost most of its relevancy as the meta shifted.
We simply don't know if they'll do the same in MD. I'd just choose which of the two appeals to you more, and have as much fun as you can with them in the moment.
