How much of your brain can you replace until you are not yourself anymore?
There is a scifi story by Stanislaw Lem about that question: "Do you exist, Mr Jones?" where a race driver has so many accidents that all his body parts are getting replaced by artificial parts until he's completely android. Because he can't pay the expenses for the replacement parts, the company producing them demands them back, which would mean disassembling him. Then at court an AI judge (because he's supposedly absolutely neutral) is in charge to solve this case.
