I obsessed over this game, it was the only zombie sim I knew of and could run until the contemporary games started coming out, to me this IS the grandfather of zombie games as we know it, predates Zomboid and Dayz by years
if you have an old af gfx card or intel HD integrated graphics, try it out, might work for you, all I know is that it uses some really old fucked up version of PhysX that's really temperamental so it won't run anything past the 10xx series
