I want to make about a tier 3 pile with Vincents here as the stealth commanders.
Any onions on what the actual commander should be? Only thing jumping out at me is Edward Kenway or Wild Wild West Olivia tribal decks but if anyone had more than just tribal slop that'd be neat.
