This was obviously painted on as a joke, after a Hungarian Mi-24V ambushed two F-15's on an exercise and got gunkills on them.

After the exercise the Americans told them they could fly over to their base in the US for a visit any time. The Hind guys said sure, just line up every aircraft carrier they have over the Atlantic, and they can hop over from carrier to carrier.
