I know nothing and all my opinions get me yelled at, but I think the next faction is certainly either going to be a Death or Destruction faction because those two are the tightest Grand Alliances (each only have one god) and they're tied for the smallest GA's. Chaos and Order got loads of armies, while the D's are languishing with four each.

My bet is some sort of decay/rust based army for Death and some sort of Amazonian army for Destruction.

Either that or a Beastmen revamp.

They still have rules, their models just aren't being sold. I think for 5th edition Cities will get some elves and dwarves back, and the current Dark Elf lines will be moved to The Old World for its 2nd edition.
