As an addendum I should add that Russia's oil reserves will likely run out by 2050. And as they approach zero day the profitability of extracting oil will increase so they will probably stop drilling oil earlier in the 2040s.
They should have spent this time in the 2010s and 2020s to reengineer their economy away from hydrocarbons and to focus on other industries which are sustainable and would be profitable. The Russia of the 2050s and the 2100s should have had good economic prospects. But instead they decided to isolate themselves from the world just to slaughter Ukrainians.
