if you're not doing a low-carb/keto diet, my go-to was MPE (meat, potatoes, eggs). You can play with the amounts of each, add different protein or veg to switch things up. lt's a fantastic base to build off of and keeps you full and satiated (thanks potatoes) all fucking day.
If you're doing keto my go-to is usually either 4 strips of thick cut bacon, 3 eggs and a single-serve pack of guacamole/avocado mash. Again you can tweak the meat, add more/fewer eggs in different preparation methods, add or change the veg (pan-cooked spinach works fucking great with this), change the type of oil you use (or use the bacon grease in the pan) and go to town.
If you're focusing on net carbs instead of total then you usually have enough food to slap onto 2 zero carb soft tortillas.
The best method I found is finding something simple enough to make in 15-20 minutes, that has versatility and can be tweaked to not get stale. Kind of the reason I restrict myself to 3 eggs a day. Eggs are so important a food on keto that I don't want to burn out on them by having a shitload each day
