It's going to ultimately be up to us (attendees) to make the con environment at Mare Fair not conducive to the bullshit that we dislike about other cons. Then no matter if staff/con chairs make shitty decisions, those shit choices wouldn't impact the quality of the convention experience by much. That being said, we certainly need to make it a point to the con chair/snowpity to keep to their roots as a priority.
