I used to do MMA and kickboxing for a while but all 3 of the gyms i used to train at closed so now i just do strength/explosivity weightlifting
I stretch and warm up, do the regular compounds (deadlift, ohp, bench press, squat etc) depending on the day, work on olympic lifts (snatch and clean and jerk, and their accessories) then the rest of my training is just having fun trying new lifts with dumbbells and the bar like doing jefferson deadlifts or zerchers
Once in a while i go sprinting in a park nearby
You're the kabyle guy right ? I too have big legs but i'm not sure if it's genetic (i always struggled to find fitting pants lol) or the fact that i went straight to squatting +100kg the first time i lifted at 16 but was weak in pretty much everything else at that point
People here seem to struggle with growing legs even if they have an active lifestyle, i was wondering if it's just a general genetics thing as even our football players dont seem to have big legs usually but i rarely see anyone in the gym actually pushing themselves with legs (understandable since squatting is risky if you're not serious with your form) like they'd do with arms for example
