By showing the extreme risk in having all REM supply chains in China, and doing it in a way that no one can ignore it, we can now start pumping money into decoupling. Private sector has already responded with shares for REM refiners and miners surging 12-20%.

Like I said with my very first post, the Chinese problem is they dont have a theory of mind for non-chinks. You literally cannot comprehend how the Western brain works.
