setting the fading speed low in its mcm made all the initial startup messages quickly disappear
so I don't think you need to wait long at all with the messages playing because it's mostly the interface's fading spd delay rather than actual lag

setting loader mods and mcm recorder make things a lot faster once you've configured once

it also has an option so it won't be initially enabled in new games so running a recording is quicker and you can undismiss mcm maid once the recording is loaded
