The curious thing is that some entries of the Pokedex implies Pokemon do kill and eat each other in the wild, but I imagine those catched and raised by humans don't do that. For what is worth in the anime there's this Kabuto statue who depicts it hunting some unknown fish thing, who I think it may be the only time Pokemon have been depicted in an outright predator-prey relationship in the anime.
